PC Card Catalog and CONCEPT I Support is Ending December 31, 2026
Our Windows-based, legacy software will no longer be supported after 2026. Our recommendation for PC Card Catalog
and CONCEPT I libraries is to upgrade to CONCEPT III. It is a great move; you will not regret it!
Libraries with CURRENT Support that wish to renew for this year will pay a reduced fee pro-rated by the months left in the year. Libraries with EXPIRED Support
can reactivate their Support by renewing a full-year.
We know that some libraries may not be able to UPGRADE to CONCEPT III. The legacy
applications can still be used after 2026. However, future changes to Microsoft Windows or to LOC's cataloging
processes may render certain features inoperable. We will no longer resolve such issues. Please contact us
regarding our End-of-Support Package, a MUST for continued use after 2026.
Renewal Fees paid by credit card or a PayPal will have a 3.5% fee added to the total.
PC Card Catalog: Renew CURRENT Support (see EXPIRED Support pricing, next section) Libraries with CURRENT Support (or in the "grace period") can use the the month-prorated, reduced Support
fee. The Support expiration will be 12/31/2026.
