| Choose TITLE, AUTHOR, SUBJECT or KEYWORD Catalogs for browsing or searching. Easily switch to another Catalog by clicking the desired order. |

AACR2
Order
|
| Catalog displays Items alphabetically, top to botom. It handles the AACR2 filing rules: Leading articles (A, An, The) are ignored. Leading numbers and abbreviatons are filed as though spelled out. For example, 20000 Leagues Under the Sea is filed with the T's. |

Green
bar and (optional) Media Designation tell the user the Item is "media."
Color text highlights Series Titles (blue) and Cross-references (red).
Italicized text distiguishes alternate and analytic titles, joint
authors, illustrators and other Added Entries.

Up and Down
|
| Step one item or one page using the on-screen buttons or the keyboard arrow and page keys. A quick and intuitive way to find titles, authors, etc. |

View
Item DETAILS
|
| View the complete Item record. Select the center (bold text) item with the "Item Detail" button, or click on any of the displayed items. The Copy Status is displayed on the Detail Screen. |

Text Searches
|
Type a full or partial text string to search the Catalog.
The closest match is placed in the center, bold text position.
Never see a "not found" message. Even misspellings are usually
close. Then simply "scroll" to the desired item. The user's
typed text is "filtered" by AACR2 rules to match Catalog filing. |

Alphabet Buttons
|
| Jump to any letter in the Catalog by clicking the letter
button. Clicking buttons in rapid succession sequences the letters as
though typed. |

Series Titles |
| Highlighted Series Titles in the catalog direct the user to the subtitles in the collection. Just click on the Series Title heading. Throughout the Catalog, subtitles will link to this Series Title list. Patrons have consistently praised this feature. |
